File upload errors
Each model and tool accepts different file types and sizes. The upload area shows the limits for the model you’ve selected — check it first.

| File is too large. Maximum size is … | Limits range from about 10 MB to 200 MB depending on the model. Compress the file, or shorten or downscale the video. |
| Image is too large. Maximum size is … megapixels | Resize the image to fewer pixels before uploading. |
| This AI model does not support … files / Unsupported file format | Convert the file (for example, to JPG/PNG for images, MP4 for video, MP3 or WAV for audio), or choose a model that accepts it. |
| Duration must be … seconds or shorter / at least … seconds | Trim the video or audio to the allowed length. For example, Lip Sync accepts up to 30 seconds of audio and Video Upscaler up to 15 seconds of video. |
| Resolution, aspect ratio or frame-rate messages | Some models need a minimum image size or a specific shape. Crop or resize the file to match. |
| The original input files have expired | Uploaded files are deleted after a while. Your settings were restored — upload the file again. |
General tips
- Use a stable internet connection for large videos; if an upload stops, try again.
- Only upload files you have the right to use.
