File upload errors
Each model and tool accepts different file types and sizes. The upload area shows the limits for the model you’ve selected — check it first.

| This AI model accepts … files only as … / This file type is not supported / This image’s actual format is not supported | Convert the file (for example, to JPG/PNG for images, MP4 for video, MP3 or WAV for audio), or choose a model that accepts the current file format. |
| Duration must be … seconds or shorter / Total … duration must be … or less | Trim the video or audio to the allowed length. For example, Lip Sync accepts up to 30 seconds of audio and Video Upscaler up to 15 seconds of video, while Voice Changer and Voice Translator accept longer files. |
| This … file cannot be read | The file is damaged or in an unusual format. Export it again or choose another file. |
| Add at least 1 image reference / This model uses either image or video references, not both | Follow the model’s reference rules: add an image, or remove one type of reference. |
| The upload did not finish in time | The job was cancelled and no credits were charged. Check your connection and try again. |

| Your cloud storage is full | New uploads can’t start until you make room. Delete older files or upgrade your plan. |
| Resolution, aspect ratio or frame-rate messages | Some models need a minimum image size or a specific shape. Crop or resize the file to match the requirements. |
| The original input files have expired | Uploaded files are deleted after 7 days without a subscription (or 30 days after a subscription ends). Your settings were restored — upload the file again. |
General tips
- Use a stable internet connection for large videos; if an upload stops, try again.
- Only upload files you have the right to use.
