Sign-in and region problems

“An account already exists for this email with a different sign-in method”

You first signed up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or email and a password. Sign in the way you did originally. If you signed up with Google and want to add a password, choose Continue with Google when prompted.

I didn’t get the code or email

• Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the address is spelled correctly.
• Wait a minute, then request a new code.

“This link is invalid, expired, or has already been used”

Verification and password-reset links work once and only for a limited time. Request a new one — for a password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

The Google, Apple or Microsoft window doesn’t open

Allow pop-ups for bandicam.ai in your browser, then try again.

“This browser is no longer supported”

Internet Explorer and the old version of Microsoft Edge aren’t supported. Use the latest Chrome, Edge or another modern browser.

“AI Studio is unavailable in your region”

AI Studio isn’t available in some countries and regions, including mainland China. Your location is determined from your internet connection. In these regions, AI generation, credits and purchases are not available.

“Please accept the current AI Service Terms to continue”

The terms were updated. Review them in the dialog, check the box and continue.

My account is locked because it is being deleted

While an account deletion is pending, the account can’t be used. You can cancel the deletion during the waiting period. See Delete your account.
