Super Narrator problems and messages

Super NarratorUpdated Nov 1, 2026

Find the message you saw below to learn what it means and what to do. When a voice, picture or clip fails to generate, its credits are refunded.

Rendering the MP4

“This browser doesn’t support local rendering.”

Open the project in the latest Chrome or Edge on a computer. Some browsers and most phones can’t make MP4 files.

Rendering is very slow or stops.

Rendering runs on your computer. Keep the Super Narrator tab in front and the window visible, don’t let the computer sleep, and close other heavy tabs or apps. Long videos and AI video cuts take longer than panned pictures.

“The source media is over 1 GB”

Local rendering can load up to 1 GB of source media per export. Replace large files with smaller versions or split the video into smaller projects, then render again. A faster computer does not raise this limit. Export source (ZIP) has a separate 512 MB limit, so switching to ZIP alone will not solve this error.

“This device can’t make MP4 video.”

Try the latest Chrome or Edge on a computer that supports local rendering. If the project’s source media totals 512 MB or less, you can also use Export source (ZIP) and finish the video in a desktop editor. If you still can’t export, contact support.

The video I downloaded doesn’t have my latest edits.

The export tab shows Changes not included when you edited after rendering. Render again, then download.

I closed the page before downloading.

The finished MP4 is only kept in the browser while the page is open. Open the project and render again; your project and media are still there.

Voice

“Part of the script was flagged by the voice safety check…”

Reword the flagged part and generate again. The credits for the failed attempt are refunded.

“Voice generation failed. Please generate again.”

A temporary problem with the voice service. Try again in a moment. Credits for failed generations are refunded.

“The original voice has expired.”

Generated files are deleted after their retention period. Generate the voice again, or choose Export MP4 without voice.

Pictures and clips

“Some cuts have no image…” / “3 cuts have no image or video.”

Every cut needs a picture or clip. Use Generate all missing cuts, or upload a picture for those cuts.

“The selected model doesn’t support the current aspect ratio…”

Choose a different image or video model for that cut, or change the project’s aspect ratio.

“Style and cut references together exceed the model’s limit.”

Remove some reference images from the cut or the style, or choose a model that accepts more.

A picture was blocked or failed.

The model’s safety filter may have refused the prompt or a reference. Change the image prompt (choose Write my own), or use a different reference, and generate again. See A generation failed or was blocked.

“There are a lot of requests right now. Continuing automatically…”

Nothing to do: your remaining cuts continue on their own after a short wait.

Credits and limits

“Not enough credits. Check your balance.”

Get more credits, or lower the cost: pan pictures instead of using AI video, use fewer cuts (a slower cut pace), or choose a cheaper image model.

“You’ve used today’s free-model… allowance. Try again tomorrow or choose a paid model.”

The free writing models have a daily limit. Try again tomorrow, or choose a paid writing model.

“A paid-model request is already running…”

Wait for the current script request to finish before starting another.

“Scripts can be up to 30,000 characters.”

Shorten the script, or split the topic into two projects.

“Choose a file of 128 MB or less.”

Uploads can be PNG, JPG or WebP images, MP4 or WebM video, and MP3, WAV or M4A audio, up to 128 MB each. Reference images can be up to 20 MB each.

“You’ve reached the maximum number of projects.”

Delete projects you no longer need from My projects, then try again.

“Your cloud storage is full.”

Delete older creations in My Creations, or upgrade your plan for more storage.

Saving

“The project was changed in another window…” / Save conflict

The same project is open in another tab or device. Saving stops. Choose Download your edits to keep a copy of your changes, then open the saved version and keep working in just one place.
