How long are my files kept?
How long your creations and uploads are kept depends on whether you have an active credit plan.

Good to know
- Items that will be deleted within 24 hours show a Deletes soon badge.
- Subtitle translations are always kept for 7 days, even with a plan.
- Audio you upload to the Subtitle Generator is deleted once the transcription finishes.
- Deleted files can’t be recovered by support. Download anything you want to keep.
When storage is full
If you reach your storage limit, new generations can’t be saved until you make room. Delete older creations in My Creations, or move to a plan with more storage.
