How long are my files kept?
How long your creations and uploads are kept depends on whether you have an active credit plan.

Good to know
- Items that will be deleted within 24 hours show a Deletes soon badge.
- Subtitle translations are always kept for 7 days, even with a plan.
- Audio you upload to the Subtitle Generator is deleted once the transcription finishes.
- Subscribing also keeps files that haven’t been deleted yet.
- Super Director conversations and Super Narrator projects are kept for 30 days after you last save them, or for as long as you have a subscription (plus 30 days after it ends). Keeping a project doesn’t extend how long its media is kept: without an active plan, the generated and uploaded files it uses can expire after 7 days even while the project remains.
- Deleted files can’t be recovered by support. Download anything you want to keep.
When storage is full
If you reach your storage limit, new generations and uploads can’t start until you make room; you’ll see “Your cloud storage is full”. Delete older creations in My Creations, or move to a plan with more storage.
