Delete your account
You can delete your account from My Bandicam Space. Deleting it removes your data from AI Studio and all other Bandicam services that use the account.
Before you start
- Cancel your credit plan first. An account with an active subscription can’t be deleted (“Cancel your active subscription before deleting your account”). If you cancelled but the paid period hasn’t ended yet, you may need to wait until it ends.
- Download anything you want to keep. Creations and uploads can’t be recovered afterward.
- Remaining credits are lost and can’t be refunded or moved to another account.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at my.bandicam.com. In AI Studio you can also open the account menu and choose Account Settings.
- Choose Edit Profile, then Delete Account at the bottom.
- Enter your account email and choose Request Deletion. Enter the six-digit code we send you, then choose Confirm Deletion.
The 7-day waiting period
Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days later. During this time you can’t use the account on the website or in the Bandicam app. Changed your mind? Sign in to My Bandicam Space and choose Cancel Deletion.
What is deleted
After 7 days, the account is permanently deleted, including your creations, uploads, subtitles and transcripts, credits and credit history, and connected apps.
