Delete your account
You can delete your account from My Bandicam Space. Deleting it removes your data from AI Studio and all other Bandicam services that use the account.
Before you start
- Cancel any active credit plan first. An account with an active subscription can’t be deleted.
- Download anything you want to keep. Creations and uploads can’t be recovered afterwards.
- Remaining credits are lost and can’t be refunded or moved to another account.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at my.bandicam.com. In AI Studio you can also open the account menu and choose Account Settings.
- Choose Edit Profile, then Delete Account at the bottom.
- Enter your account email and the six-digit code we send you.
The 7-day waiting period
Your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days later. During that time you can’t use the account, and any links you’ve shared stop working. Changed your mind? Sign in to My Bandicam Space and choose Cancel Deletion.
What is deleted
After 7 days the account is permanently deleted, including your creations, uploads, subtitles and transcripts, credits and credit history, and connected apps.
