Free credits and referral rewards

You can try AI Studio for free. New accounts receive bonus credits, and you can earn more by inviting friends.

Sign-up credits

New accounts receive up to 100 free credits. The amount depends on the country or region you sign up from.

• The credits are added automatically the first time you open AI Studio after verifying your email. There is nothing to claim.
• They are given once per account and expire 30 days after they are added.
• Accounts created with disposable (temporary) email addresses don’t receive sign-up credits.

Invite friends

Share your invite link from Invite Friends in the AI Studio menu. When a friend signs up with your link and makes their first generation that uses credits within 30 days, you both get 100 bonus credits.

• Rewards are added a few days after your friend’s first generation, once the invitation is confirmed.
• You can earn up to 10 rewards in any 30-day period. The page shows how many you have left.
• Your own account must be at least 7 days old, and referral rewards are available only in some countries and regions.
• Inviting yourself, or creating extra accounts to collect rewards, is not allowed and the rewards will not be paid.
• Referral credits expire 30 days after they are added.

How bonus credits are used

Bonus credits are always used before your subscription or purchased credits, so they don’t go to waste. They have no cash value and can’t be refunded.
