Super Director problems and messages
Most problems in Super Director come with a message that says what happened. Find the message below to see what it means and what to do. When a clip fails, its credits are always refunded.
A clip or image was blocked
“This request was blocked by the content safety filter.”
The video or image model refused the prompt or a reference. Change the wording of the scene (violence, real brands or well-known characters are common causes), or try a different reference image, then remake the clip. The credits are refunded.
“The model declined to generate a result from these inputs…”
The model’s safety filter usually rejects photos of real people or children. Replace the photo with a Character or an image made with AI Image, or choose a model that accepts photos of people. Your credits were refunded.
“Images or videos that include real people’s faces or private information can’t be processed.”
The reference was checked before generation and contains a real face or personal information such as a name tag or document. Use a different file.
References
“Too many references for this model.”
Each video model accepts a limited number of references. Character images and voices count too. Remove references you don’t need for this clip, or choose a model that accepts more.
“A reference file is too large to verify. Keep files under 100 MB.”
Shorten or compress the video, or use a smaller image, and attach it again.
“A reference file is not in this browser. Attach it again or remove it to generate.”
You opened the conversation in a different browser or device, or cleared your browser data. Files from your computer need to be attached again; files from your library don’t.
Credits and prices
“Needs … credits · balance … · … short. Top up and press again. Nothing was charged.”
You don’t have enough credits for this step. Get more credits, then press the button again.
“The price changed from … to … credits. Press again…”
Prices are checked again when you press the button and can change, for example when you edited the plan or a sale ended. Check the new price and press again to continue.
“References or settings changed. Update the draft before making it again.”
You changed a reference or a setting after the draft was made. Choose Update the draft, check the plan, then make the clip again.
“You’ve reached today’s usage limit.”
You’ve used today’s allowance for this feature. Try again later or tomorrow.
Clips and the plan
“The scenes cannot be cut into generation segments.”
A scene is longer than the selected model can make in one clip. Ask the Director to split the long scene, or choose a model that makes longer clips.
“A segment prompt is longer than the model allows.”
The scenes in one clip have too much text for the model. Ask the Director to shorten the scene descriptions, then generate again.
“Paused: nothing moved for an hour since the last progress.”
Making the clips stopped. Review the plan and start again; clips that were already made are kept and only the rest are made.
“Some clips are not made yet. Make them all, then join.”
The finished video needs every clip. Make the missing clips in the Clips tab first.
“The Super Director no longer offers the model this work used…”
The model was retired. New clips use the default model; clips you already made stay as they are.
Storage
“Your cloud storage is full.”
Delete older creations in My Creations, or upgrade your plan for more storage, then try again. See How long are my files kept?
