Can I get a refund after registering the serial number?

You cannot get a refund, resell the license, or change the email address associated with the license once the license has been registered.

If your serial number has not been registered:

You are welcome to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

If your serial number has been registered:

Once the license has been registered, we're unfortunately unable to provide a refund.

The Good News About Your License:

• You'll have full access to the software for the entire duration of your license—whether it's a Perpetual or Annual License.
• You can easily transfer your license to a new device by simply unregistering it from your current computer. This option is also available if your current computer stops working.
