Why did you uninstall Bandicam?

If you see the "bdcam.exe has stopped working" or "Failed to initialize codec" error message, please try the solutions below:

  1. Download the latest version of Bandicam, choose the "Xvid" video codec, and try again.
  2. Uninstall graphics card driver completely, reinstall the latest graphics card driver, and try again.
  3. Uninstall copy-protection programs or end suspicious programs from Task Manager of Windows, and try again.
  4. Uncheck the 'Record sound, Add webcam overlay to video, Use enhanced capture method' option, and try again..
