  1. Personal License: The Personal License is for individuals who want to use Bandicam for non-commercial purposes, and we don’t provide an invoice for this license. A Business License is required if a company, school, government office, or non-profit organization purchases Bandicam for their employees.

  2. Business License: The business license is for individuals who want to use Bandicam for commercial or business purposes. It can be used by a business or other commercial entity, government entity, non-profit organization, or educational institution.

[ Annual License and Perpetual License ]

The Bandicam software provides "Annual" and "Perpetual” licenses according to the period of use.

  1. Annual License: This license can be used for the contracted period (1 year to 5 years) at a reasonable price. Its easy license management makes it suitable for businesses or educational institutions with frequent employee mobility.

  2. Perpetual License: This license can be used indefinitely, with guaranteed technical support for one year from the date of purchase. Version updates are guaranteed within the same software title, such as Bandicam/Bandicut 2025.

How long will I get the updates for free?

  1. Which Bandicam license should I choose for personal or business use?
    Bandicam offers Personal Licenses for individual, non-commercial use and Business Licenses for companies, schools, organizations, and other work-related or commercial use. Business Licenses are recommended when an invoice or organizational license management is required.

  2. What is the difference between an Annual License and a Perpetual License?
    An Annual License can be used for the selected subscription period and includes updates and support during that period. A Perpetual License can be used without an expiration date for the purchased product version, while upgrade and support conditions depend on the license policy.

  3. Can I use the free version at work or educational institutions?
    Although you can install Bandicam at no cost to test its functions at home, office, school, etc., you must buy the Business License to use it for work or commercial use.

  4. Can I get an invoice? Where can I find my invoice?
    You will automatically receive an invoice if you purchase a Business License. A Personal License is intended for individuals using Bandicam for non-commercial purposes, so an invoice is not provided. If you have already purchased a Personal License but require an invoice, please buy a Business License first. Then, send an email to bandicam@bandicam.com, and we will cancel your Personal License purchase.

  5. I'm a YouTuber - which license should I purchase?
    If your YouTube channel is generating revenue, you will need to purchase a Business License. If not, you can choose to have a Personal License.

  6. If I plan to use the software for 20 people, should I buy a 20-PC license?
    The software follows the policy of '1 PC - 1 license.’ If 20 people want to use the software on their own computers (20 computers in total), you will need to purchase a 20-PC license. Similarly, if you want to use the software on 40 computers, you will need to buy a 40-PC license.

  7. Can I transfer my license to another computer?
    If you unregister Bandicam or your computer is broken, you can re-use your license on another computer.
