Here are the common questions to check before renewing your Bandicam license.

When should I renew my license, and what happens if it expires?

You can renew your license at any time, but we recommend renewing it 1–2 months before it expires. Once your license expires, the limitations of the free version will apply.

Will my license be renewed automatically?

If you didn't agree to the auto-renewal option when purchasing, your license will not be renewed automatically. If you agreed to auto-renewal, you can manage your auto-renewal.

Can I change my email address or serial number after renewal?

The license email and serial number cannot be changed. However, if you contact bandicam@bandicam.com immediately after renewal, we can help review the request.

Can I renew Bandicam and Bandicut together?

You must renew Bandicam and Bandicut separately. To renew both products at once, purchase a package product and contact us with your license information.

Quotation + How does a reseller renew a customer's license?

The renewal price is the same as purchasing a new license. To get a quote, visit the quotation page. To renew on behalf of an end user, purchase a new license and email the customer's license information to bandicam@bandicam.com.

How do I check my license information and expiration date?

Check your license information in Bandicam's About tab. After renewal, click the refresh icon, or click Update Registration to enter your new serial number.
