• If you haven't received the email within an hour, go to https://www.bandicam.com/buy/ and enter the email address you purchased your license with in the Resend Purchased License section. If you have any questions, email us at bandicam@bandicam.com.
• If you purchased your license by ACH or SEPA, the email may take about 2 to 7 days to arrive. You will receive a license email as soon as Stripe/PayPal approves your payment.
