Can I change my email address or serial number after upgrading?
The email address and serial number are part of the license and cannot be changed. However, if you contact us at bandicam@bandicam.com immediately after upgrading—before registering the serial number—we can make the changes for you.

Can I upgrade Bandicam and Bandicut together?
You must upgrade Bandicam and Bandicut separately.
