Bandicam allows you to record your entire Mac screen using the 'Full screen' recording option. If you have multiple displays, you can select a specific display to record its entire screen.
How to Record Your Entire Mac Screen
Step 1. Install Bandicam from the Mac App Store and launch it.
Step 2. Choose the 'Full screen' recording option, and select a display screen to record.
Step 3. Configure Cursor, Webcam, and Audio (Optional)
Cursor: To capture your mouse cursor, click the cursor icon.
Webcam: To capture your webcam, click the webcam overlay icon.
Audio: System audio is enabled by default. To record your voice, select the microphone icon.
Annotation Tools: Add pens, highlighters, lines, arrows, shapes, text overlays, etc.
Step 4. Click the ● REC button to start full screen recording on your Mac.
Step 5. Click the ❚❚ Pause button to pause/resume, and press the ■ Stop button to finish the recording.
While recording in full-screen mode, the controls are available in your Mac's top menu bar.
Alternatively, you can switch back to the Bandicam window and click the Pause/Stop button there.
Step 6. Stop recording and review the recorded video file.
After you stop recording, the output video list window will immediately appear.
Click the Transcript tab to convert the selected video to text.
You can open the video in Finder, delete it, send it via AirDrop , or share it.
Click Trim Video to remove unwanted sections, or Get Share Link to create a shareable link.
With these easy steps, you can record your entire screen using the full screen recording mode—and even choose which Mac display to capture.
