How to Record Your Screen with QuickTime Player
(No computer audio)
QuickTime Player, developed by Apple Inc., is capable of playing, recording, and editing movies and audio recordings.
As far as we know, the recording performance of QuickTime Player is much better than any other screen recording program on Mac.
To record a full screen or specific area of your screen on Mac, please follow the steps below:
Record Mac screen with QuickTime Player

This method allows for stable Mac screen recording. However, it does not capture computer audio. To record your computer screen with audio, you need to use a dedicated recording program like Bandicam for Mac.
Record Mac Screen & Audio: QuickTime vs. Bandicam
While QuickTime Player is a simple way to record your screen, it can't capture your Mac's internal audio. Bandicam for Mac solves this by letting you record system audio directly—no extra audio driver installation required.
Along with seamless audio capture, Bandicam offers advanced features like a webcam overlay, allowing you to create professional-quality videos on your macOS screen with ease. » See How to Record Screen, Webcam & Audio on Mac
