Bandicam Facecam recorder does not work on AOC monitor with 2560 x 1440 Quad HD (QHD) on Bandicam 2027

I have an AOC 27" monitor Q27B3CF2 with the resolution 2560 x 1440 Quad HD (QHD).
When I record full screen I see my webcamera preview, but it is not attatched to the video.

I have tried different formats for the webcamera but no luck getting it to work.
When I record on my laptop (Screen 1) it works perfectly. The laptop has a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Add webcam overlay to output video file does not work on the AOC 27" monitor.
Save webcam video as separate file (.mp4) does not work on the AOC 27" monitor.

Thank you for providing the detailed report.

To help us narrow down the cause of this issue on your AOC QHD monitor, could you please check the following?

1. Go to Bandicam's [Video] tab > Settings > Options > For Screen Recording Mode:

• Try selecting "Method 1 (for Windows 8 and above)".

• Or try unchecking the "Use enhanced capture method" option completely to see if it makes a difference.

2. Does the same issue occur in Bandicam 2025?

You do not need to uninstall Bandicam 2027. Simply installing Bandicam 2025 will overwrite the current version so you can test it directly.

Disabling "Use enhanced capture method" worked.

Now my facecam works and I create videos.
