Hi,
On a ASUS ROG G14 - Windows 11 - AMD Ryzen 7 (2,90 Ghz) - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 (6 GB). All drivers up to date.
To demonstrate errors in games, I want to make both videos and screenshots.
In Screen Record Mode, I am unable to make screenshots while making video recordings.
Bandicam 2027 Beta runs as Admin with High Priority. But this issue also existed in my previous 2024 version.
Any fixes?

Could you please confirm how you tried to capture the screenshots (Image Capture) while recording?
Did you use the F11 hotkey to take screenshots?
Also, when recording the desktop screen or other non-game applications in Screen Recording Mode, are you able to take screenshots during the recording?

So, fresh reboot on the laptop. I start EA app, then start Bandicam, then run EA FC 26 (but this also could've been any other game from EA or Steam). There was no Alt+Tab switching of screens in between. I use alternate hotkeys: for video, I use <F3> (start,stop) and <F4> (pause) and for screenshots I use < / >
While in menu, I'm able to take screenshots. If not activating screen record mode, I will continue to be able to take screenshots.
However, triggering Screen Record Mode and the video jumps to windows wallpaper as soon as we're beyond (5th image, the NED v BRA screenshot) <bandicam 2026-07-27 09-36-15-419>. For some reason, when starting video capture in screen recording mode, Bandicam stops recording and/or capturing after ca. 5 seconds.
From this moment on, I'm no longer able to capture video or screenshot. The only difference is that halfway during the game I stopped video capture. From that moment, when taking a screenshot it shows me wallpaper + Bandicam. A later attempt to record the highlight reel (as the game ironically suggests) also failed.
Now, second attempt: no video, just screenshots. And it continues to function well throughout a whole game..., until I wanted to record the highlight reel afterwards. Again, once triggering video capture in Screen Recording Mode, it records ca. 5 seconds until it jumps back to Windows wallpaper. After that, no further video capture or screenshots possible anymore
