Selecting a recording area, then moving it slightly

I am moving the recording area fairly slowly. The area I am capturing is approx 500 x 400. I am keeping the size constant, it's highlights from baseball games. In slow motion, imagine a batter running around the bases after hitting a home run.

The version of bandicam that was working fine was probably 2 versions ago, The version that I am using now is 8.2.1.2530.

Could you please check if the same issue occurs in Bandicam 8.0.1 and 8.1.0 with the "Use enhanced capture method" option disabled?

Both of those 2 older versions already had the enhanced button option already un-checked, and again when I moved the recording area, the border lines came with me.

We recommend trying the "Around mouse screen recording" mode.

Also, using the H.264 (AMD VCE/VCN) hardware-accelerated codec might help improve performance.
Unfortunately, we don’t really have any better solutions at this time.
