Camlink camera lags in Bandicam.

Hello Bandicam,
I bought the product years ago and I do love the software.
My camlink with my camera lagging while recording and also in the test view of the camera.
It didn't do it before, but i do think from the recent updates.

My hardware is good for this product.
And camlink with my camera not lags in other software ( example OBS)
But i want it to be solid in Bandicam for local recording.

Anyone has a fix or tip for me?

Could you please attach the screenshots of the Device Selection window and the Bandicam Recording settings window?
Also, please let us know how many seconds of lag there are between the webcam and real-time movement.

Hello thanks for helping.
I don't know what you mean with device selection window.. i know what the words mean, but not what screen shot i need need to make.
I use screen recording mode.

I used cbr nvenc for years without problems.
I know vbr is better but it lags. so i set manually to 60k bitrate.

Between 2-3 seconds delay on camera in webcam preview.

Are you using the webcam overlay function while you are using the screen recording mode?
Could you please attach a screenshot of the webcam preview and advanced settings window, as shown below?

I dont think i use webcam overlay function while recording.
I think if i make the webcam preview smaller it lags less.

Also it's weird that recording file of screen is not same size as webcam file.
Every video it cost me 5 minutes to sync the two files in my editor.

Thank you for getting back to us.
It seems normal for the webcam overlay function to have a delay of 2-3 seconds, when using Full HD resolution and high bitrate recording settings.
We recommend lowering the bitrate, frame rate, and resolution to reduce lag.
