AMD H264 codec not working

Have any of y’all noticed the AMD H264 codec is not working when recording?

Do you mean you cannot see the "H264(AMD VCE/VCN)" option?
Have you tried the solutions on the following page?

If you're still using the same system as in May 2023, your GPU does not support AMD VCE/VCN.

If you've changed your system since then, please attach the DxDiag.txt file.

It might be a problem with the graphics driver.
First, please uninstall the graphics driver completely.


And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and Bandicam.

Thank you for sending your system information.
Even if H264 (AMD VCE/VCN) appears in the list and you select it, you won’t be able to use it if your system doesn’t support it.
