[Bug] Recordings with AV1 (Intel Quick Sync) - Issue playing back video on MPV player

Good morning

I am having issues playing videos with mpv player when I record using AV1 (Intel Quick Sync), mpv player cannot switch to hardware decoding.

These are the errors in the mpv console log:

[ffmpeg/video] libdav1d: Error decoding extradata
[ffmpeg] NULL: Unknown version 64 of AV1CodecConfigurationRecord found!
[ffmpeg] NULL: Failed to parse extradata

Using HEVC or H254 Quick Sync mpv works as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Record using AV1 (Intel Quick Sync)
2. Playback the video using mpv player (Windows or Linux makes no difference)

GPU Intel ARC A770
Bandicam v7.1.2.2451
mpv player v20240707
