The FPS are not recorded on DCS (digital combat simulator).
They are displayed, but not recorded.
I use the latest version of Bandicam v8.3.0.2533

Hello,
To record FPS in gameplay videos, please enable the “Show FPS in captured video/image” option.
This option allows Bandicam to embed the FPS counter directly into recorded videos and images.
