In this version, we have improved the hooking stability for Vulkan games and fixed several bugs.

- Incorrect processing of webcam overlay alpha channel in Vulkan games.
- Recording stop failure in Vulkan games (addressed the DX12 hooking switch).
- Game crash when stopping Vulkan recording.
- Incorrect tooltip size on multiple monitors with different DPI settings.
