big files help!!!

I must say that Bandicam is an excellent app, but... I had an old version and in just over an hour, the MP4 file with standard full-screen settings (during recording) was about 1.4 GB. Now I'm trying a trial version (Bandicam 2025) and the files are even bigger. If I edit FS, the videos are fine, but the mouth is jerky, so it is impossible to do anything. I have also noticed that in both the old version and version 2025, regardless of the settings, if I record in full screen, the settings I have set to limit the file size are ignored. The only way is to use a third-party app (I use it when I run out of space on my USB stick). Are there any other alternatives using only Bandicam, i.e. without re-editing the video?

Hello,

For tips on reducing file size in Bandicam, please refer to the following page:

Additionally, you can use Bandicut to further reduce your video file size:

We hope you find these resources helpful!

Thank you.

I apologise for the delayed reply, but I didn't receive any notifications. Now I'll go and read the link for Bandicut. No, thank you. If I really run out of free space on my pen drive, I'll use other apps. It was to avoid wasting those 5-10 minutes compressing the file.

PS. I had already seen the video, but it doesn't work because when I record in full screen, the settings to make the file smaller seem to be ignored.
