How to play a clip in reverse?

Hello. I'm trying to play (and save) a MP4 clip in reverse. There doesn't seem a way to do this simple (?) task in Bandicut. I've looked at OpenShot and it does have a TIME/NORMAL/BACKWARD/1X function but OpenShot seems way more complicated than Bandicut. Through search I've found mentions of Adobe having a free tool (Adobe Express / Reverse Video) but that tool doesn't seem to work for me (it begins the process but then just returns to the "Drag and drop a video" screen without any indication of successfully reversing the video). SO - I'm wondering if anybody in the community has found a plug-in (?) within Bandicut or a tool external to Bandicut to simply reverse an MP4 file? Thanks in advance.
