Bandicam 2.2.5 (07/24/2015) - AMD R9, CFR bugs fixed

Please review the Bandicam changelog below:

1. Bugs fixed
- Failed to recognize the AMD APP H.264 encoder on some AMD R9 graphics cards.
- Failed to initialize some codecs when a custom video size was used.
- Recorded videos were played at faster speeds when the 'Prefer CFR' option was selected.
- Other minor bugs fixed.
