Thumbnails display

I re-installed Bandicut after a C Drive crash.
All my files for edit have a thumbnails.
My edited files displayed icons.
The length of time attribute completely disappeared.

I can't seem to find how to enable the little thumbnails beside the links. image. Any help would be nice. I tried to look through the settings but I can't find it :/
