Wrong size

Hallo
I downloaded a movie by WinTV. It is an mpg with the size 720 x 576 (16:9). After cutting begin and end of that movie it was in 4:3. I did it in "highspeed modus". What has happend? How can I change the settings that it remains in 16:9?

The current version of Bandicut has a problem with some .mpg and .ts files.
We will fix this bug in the future.

My version is a "giveaway of the day". Can I update it, when a new version comes? Until this bug is fixed I won't buy it. But then it is ideal for my purpose.

We will let you know when we fix this bug.
However, if you update the giveawayoftheday version, the watermark will be added at the beginning of the video.

I got the same problem. Just bought the software, is there any update on the ts-bug? Still got 4:3 result when cropping 16:9 movies with .ts ending.

They told you they'll tell you (whoa, what a sentence) when the problem is fixed so right now it isn't. I would recommend you to use the encoding mode and if this doesn't work, you should use another programm for the time.
(For example another programm is Freemake Video Converter) Also you could use a Programm like FormatFactory to change the video-format to something else than .mpg or .ts (e.g.: .avi or .mp4)

Well thanks for your answer, but I'm not happy. In mean time we have a new version of bandycut and the problem remains. And more, picture and sound are not syncronous. If I have to convert the video it will change the quality. So why buy Bandicut?
