8 K Editing (VR 2 x 4K SBS)

Hi,

Bandicut cannot work with 8K Files?
In VEGAS Editing it works, but it need to mutch rendering time.
(render speed is about 10 fps -> for 1 minute 60fps material it needs 6 minutes)

PC: i7; ASUS RTX 4070 Super

Hi,
I think the problem is, that Bandicut only works over the CPU and doesn't use the GPU.(for preview-window)
In case of opening a 8k-VR-File, the Power always instantly runs on limit of 100% of the CPU. (W11 - Task Manager)

The work in the timeline now is very, very slow.

IMO is the problem based here:
Why you cannot change the resolution of Pre-View-Window?

In other software you can change the preview-window resolution:
1:1 or 1:2 or 1:4

I'm not sure I am right or wrong.
Only an idea.
(Hardware: i9 11900 - 5 GHz; PCIe4; 4600 DDR4 RAM, CL19, 32 GB)
