Black border on videos

I joined two videos together, the first part has a black border on top & bottom, the second part has it all around the video after the videos were joined, I did NOT record the videos with black borders, and the first part was a Video recoding from something I made on windows paint, and I record video i also have mouse curser showing up, even though its turned off. The second part should have fit the screen when I made the new video,. Both were recorded with Bandicam.
