incompatible file compression since Win 11 install

Hi,

My computer just migrated from Win 10 to Win 11.

I have thousands of files compressed under Win 10 at 60 quality.

Those can no longer be joined at high speed to files compressed under Win 11 at 60 quality.

Please help.

Thank you

Hello,

If you can't use [High-Speed mode], you must use [Encoding mode] of Bandicut.

Re: incompatible file compression since Win 11 install

Why are files compressed under Win 10 incompatible with files compressed to the same settings under Win 11?

The keyframe spacing under Win 10 was just over 3 seconds. Under Win 11 it seems to vary with the file, from something just over 1 second to 4.6 seconds. Why is this. Please reply.

Re: incompatible file compression since Win 11 install

Hello,

You can use High-speed mode for Joiner only when all formats (Video resolution, codec, etc.) are exactly the same.

Unfortunately, there is no option to set the keyframe interval on Bandicut. Therefore, regardless of the OS, the keyframe interval of the output file will vary depending on the original file.
Could you please send the files you created on Windows 10 and Windows 11?

Thank you.
