Feature request: merge cut and join processes

Hi There,
I purchased the bundle of bandicam and bandicut. Bandicam is great (although missing some sound control), but the editor leaves some room for improvement. Also being simple and performant app (cut/merge without recoding is a big advantage), the basic editing is rather inconvenient.
1) A very typical task is to take several fragments, remove some bad parts and merge the result together. Here I have to process each fragment first and then, separately, join them. This is very inconvenient and increases the efforts twice at least. It would be great to be able to both at once. Even without a timeline (typical for other editors), just adding segments from other video fragments would work.
2) Another complain for the cutter is that it does not stop at the segment end automatically, which is very frustrating. I found a point to end the segment, I want to preview the segment before committing the change, but the play does not stop and I'm not sure if the end point set correctly. Very inconvenient.
I hope this helps improving the product. Also it would be great to see some kind of development rodmap, if there are good features to expect and when. Cuase curently I'm not sure I'd extent the paid subscription for the bandicut.
