Feature Request: Bulk Splitting

Hello Everyone,

I use Bandicut quite extensively in my video production. I tend to generate on occasion an extensive list of videos that need to be split into smaller durations so they're easier to work with on my video editor. Currently, and as far as I know, I am only able to split by duration only one video at a time. I'd like the ability to work do 30+ videos if necessary is there a way to do this and if not can we have this feature implemented into Bandicut?

It says it does batch cutting of video files in the tutorial videos and it never explains it but there is no obvious way to do it. There is an apply to all check box but it does not do anything.

Say I have 22 files and i want to cut the first 2 seconds from each file. I should be able to drag all files into the program and set 2 seconds in from start with the blue bar on the first video and then select apply to all and click start and it should cut 2 seconds from all files.

The "Apply to all videos" option you mentioned is only for applying rotation and flip settings.


The batch-cutting feature you described—where you could set a start/end point for one video and apply it to all subsequent files—is not supported at this time. We have forwarded your request for an automatic batch-cutting feature to our development team.

Thank you for your prompt reply. This is actually the batch cutting feature that several threads have been asking for including the original poster of this one. I look forward to when this will hopefully be implemented and will upgrade from my 2024 purchase to whatever version that includes this!
