Support High-speed mode: Impossible

Sat Apr 26, 2025 3:16 pm

I use Bandicut to quickly merge a video intro to all of my Stream Vods from twitch. Said vods are often at minimum 5 hours long and would take hours to re-encode, so this high-speed mode is great for me.
Until today I had an intro video specifically made to match the encoding settings so high-speed mode could be used; however my latest vod has become incompatible and I'm not sure why.
In an effort to simply re-make my intro with whatever new settings the VOD has, I noticed the line in the file info for my VOD
Support High-speed mode: Impossible(0x7007)
Nothing comes up when I search this. Why are my Vods not usable now?

Not that it is of any help, but I experience the same issue quite often. It can happen with both large and smaller videofiles. If I cut a video into 2 or more parts, then I receive the same error when trying to merge. It would be great if someone had a solution.

For the benefit of others in the future; I was told over Email that the vod I downloaded from twitch uses HE-AAC as its audio format, and this is not supported by bandicut's highspeed mode.
So for reasons I have not and may not discover, my vods have begun being served with a different audio format, and ruins the method I had set up
