Bandicam crashs down on HP Elitebook 845 G8

Bandicam crashs down every time start recording on HP Elitebook 845 G8 (in China, it is called 战X ) with built in microphone.

The screenshot of Built-in microphone is attached.

While it works fine with an external microphone.

Hello jcyrss,

Please let us know if you have the same issue when you disable the Noise Suppression filter.
Also, could you please attach the DxDiag.txt file?
If you don't know how to get a DxDiag.txt file, please follow the 6th step on the page below.

Actually , that setting has always been turned off.

We have received similar reports from other Bandicam users.
However, we couldn't reproduce the issue with our laptops.

Really want to get this issue fix soon. I'm glad to help your dev guys to debug it. Could send me debug version bandicam to run on my laptopn so useful information could be collected to help solve it.

Thank you for your reply.
We would appreciate it if you could send MEMORY.DMP and error log to bandicam@bandicam.com for further investigation.

(1) MEMORY.DMP
1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click Advanced system settings.
3. Click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
4. Select Auto memory dump, and save your settings.
5. Recreate your Bandicam issue and open the folder to find MEMORY.DMP
(%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP)
6. Attach the file to the email.

(2) the error log file
1. Start Event Viewer by going to Start > search box (or press Windows
key + R to open the Run dialog box) and type eventvwr .
2. Within Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs.
3. Click Application and find the Bandicam error log.
4. Double click to open the error log and click the Copy button.
5. Paste it to the email.

2. As of MEMORY.DMP file. I reproduced the bug and checked that file , found it was as huge as several GB.

So I deleted it and reproduced bug again, but the MEMORY.DMP file never got created again. Don't know why.
