Video Recording Problem

Hi Bandicam!
Good day.
I am a user of your recording app.
I am facing a very bad problem in this app. When I see my recorded screen, I see the video is glitching, tearing and happening many problem. The video gets broken. The recorded screen looks not good. It always glitches.
I also viewed your support page and applied the settings for avoiding screen tearing and glitching, still not working.
Now tell me how to fix this problem. Send me reply asap.

Hello,

Have you checked this page https://www.bandicam.com/faqs/screen-tearing/?

1) It might be a problem with the graphics driver.
Please uninstall the graphics driver completely.

And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and try recording again.
- Nvidia: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
- Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx
- AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support

2)Uncheck the 'Use enhanced capture method' option and try recording.

I have no GPU actually, I run at Intel (R) HD Graphics,
But I tried the 2nd method.

But it didn't worked.
I am afraid to uninstall the adapter.

You can download and install the Intel graphics driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx.
Please try it.

If it doesn't seem to work, please let us know your PC specs, your recording target, and your format settings.
