Request: FPS overlay toggle ON/OFF hotkey / Sound effect

Primary request:
I'd like to request another FPS hotkey that will instantly disable/enable FPS overlay without the need of scrolling though 7 positions to disable and enable it. Exactly what "Show FPS Overlay" does.
It's a rather simple request, yet would be really convenient for me and others.
Actual scenario: due to game's engine the FPS overlay can be seen in the video. My solution was: starting video capture, seeing that it's running, disabling overlay and proceeding to capture footage, re-enabling back overlay when needed.
Secondary request.
With the same goal in mind would be having something like "Enable sound effects when starting and finishing video capture" with 2 different sounds indicating the said actions.
