Video and Sound Latency

I am currently recording using my Windows 10 computer and with a 4K camera and a Fifine Microphone. I am uploading these 45 second to 2 minute videos to Youtube but there is latency between the Audio and Video. Is there a way to adjust settings in Bandicam? I have gone through the Bandicam Videos, and have tried editing in OBS Studio or CapCut but I cannot figure it out. I would appreciate any help please. Thank You Stevenxcel

Are the audio and video in sync before uploading to YouTube, or does the issue only appear after uploading?

If the sync issue already exists before uploading, please check this FAQ on audio sync delay:

Also, if you're recording in 4K, audio sync issues may occur.
We recommend lowering your webcam’s resolution and frame rate to reduce the risk of desync.

If the sync issue only happens after uploading to YouTube, try recording using a preset optimized for YouTube to ensure better compatibility.

In CapCut, you can manually shift the audio track to match the video. It sounds like a small manual adjustment may fix it better than settings alone.
