File Format Invalid in Facebook

Previously, when sending videos to Messenger, everything was working normally, until the recent versions could not be sent anymore, I tried to change the video configuration in Bandicam but still could not, have any solutions?

Could you please let us know which version of Bandicam was working properly for sending videos on Facebook Messenger previously?
Also, do you use Messenger through a web browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, or do you use the Facebook Messenger app for Windows?

I no longer remember its version, I use the web browser version and Microsoft version.

I think the problem lies with Facebook, because I believe Facebook has been updated, and videos from Bandicam now show an invalid format error when uploaded to Facebook. I’ve tried all versions of Bandicam, and they all show the same error. Additionally, I’ve researched the issue thoroughly and found that the problem specifically lies in the audio part of the video. When I disable the audio and record using Bandicam, the video can be uploaded to Facebook. But when there is audio, it can't. I’ve tried every setting related to it, but nothing has worked. Is there any solution?

We have received a similar inquiry from another user and tested an actual file that could not be uploaded.
However, we were able to upload the video without any issues on our end.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any further solutions for this issue at the moment.
