S21 Ultra to PC via HDMI and Capture Card / No Video

Hi all,
I'm trying to connect my Samsung S21 Ultra running Android 14 to my Windows 11 laptop.
I am using a no-name HDMI capture card connected from my phone to my laptop. It works fine using Droidcam, but not Bandicam.
I used the HDMI option in Bandicam and selected the device which shows up as "USB 3.0". I tried various video resolution settings.
However, I still get a blank screen in Bandicam on my laptop even when I have my phone's camera app open.
What am I doing wrong?
