Hello i just used 2 screen screen 1 i playing some vdo game and open bandican program to recoard i drag bandicam program to 2 nd screeb to show me the program or status of recoardong sound or anything still going on

that's all i want but after that i'm going to setting to used qsv it missing
if i used pc screen only qsv comeback how to fix this because i go to visit on bandicam page and still don't understand a bout how to used with dual screen

It may be an issue with the graphics driver.
First, please completely uninstall the current graphics driver. Then, install the latest version of both the graphics driver and Bandicam.
Additionally, enable Intel Quick Sync Video by connecting the motherboard and monitor as shown below:
