Recording with my bass amp

I have been trying to record a utube video with the sound as well as playing my electric bass along with it. It records the video and the audio along with it but it will not pick up the sounds from my bass amp. I can talk into the mic while recording and it picks up my voice but will not pick up the bass amp and I have tried turning up the amp volume but no luck. what am I doing wrong????

Please select your bass amp device as the Secondary Sound Device and try recording again.

If it doesn't work, please attach the screenshot of the sound settings window.
