Output file size questions

Hello

I have two questions:

1. I want to record 8hr of webcam video. What are the best settings I should select to minimize file size?
2. There is a tickbox for webcam overlay. What does this option mean if I am simply recording webcam? Does it have any impact of output file size?

2) If you check the webcam overlay option, your webcam will be added to the corner of the videos, as shown image below.

If you want to record only the webcam, please select the device recording mode and record only the webcam screen.
