can not record audio only. newest bandicam have no audio tab

I see videos for bandicam how to record audio only.
But my buyed bandicam did not show audio tab. and press F12 do nothing.
I have enable for videos audio record and have a correct audio device choose. with video record audio record work.

I have windows 11 newest version

EDIT: problem solved. I see in new versions to record audio only there should choose in recording area the last entry "audio only" then audio tab come

recording of audio work ok, when i use mp3 . but wav stereo did not work. audio is playback too fast and contain gaps. i use soundcard rate of 48 khz and record in bandicam with 48 khz stereo wav. i try several times diffrent audio devices, youtube or other

We were unable to reproduce the issue on our tests.
It’s possible that the problem might be related to the media player you're using.
Could you please try playing the recording in a few different media players and let us know the results?

I record from youtube . the record media i play with the bandicam on start page when choose audio. but it is not a problem of player. the record run too fast and have gaps. record video and audio in PCM wav work ok. only record audio only in wav do not work.

In the audio only record setting i choose datatype wav and audio PCM 48.0Khz stereo and use for speaker record the amd audio output. I have a ryzen 5 8600G . I use also other audio outputs. same problems. mp3 record in audio only work ok

if you cannot reproduce it, a audio i record also not help

can you please try this test or more of your betatesters: record audio only with bandicam setting PCM stereo 48 khz and choose same sample rate in your audio device. I use for this test the AMD HDMI audio. see the screenshot. look at screenshot press the test button and hear the record. I use the default windows settings. It play faster and with clicks can compare easy with original . does it work correct on your system ?. there is no buffer problem of my PC. it is wrong record on wav only from bandicam. it is not so important to use wav because mp3 work, but maybe it can fix easy

We tested again using the same audio settings as yours (AMD HDMI, PCM stereo 48kHz), but we could not reproduce the issue.

While you mentioned that it is not related to the playback software, and since MP3 files work fine, could you please share both the problematic WAV file and the correctly working MP3 file?
This will allow us to examine the issue in greater detail.
