It could be an issue with the capture device driver. First, try completely uninstalling the current driver and then installing the latest version of the device driver.

Everything is fine with my drivers, everything is there in the OBS and the program for this video capture card and it works fine, it only doesn’t work in your program.

You select NV12 120 FPS in that drop down menu. And then in the encoding settings choose 60 FPS. It's the way the capture card exposes modes to windows.

Also, please drop the attitude when someone tries to help you.
