The screenrecordings cannot be send to facebook messenger chat or whats app

FB messengers says Invalid File Format if i want to send a file . It used to work all the time in the past but now it doesnt anymore.

Is it possible to fix this ?

Facebook Messenger does not support AVI files. However, we have confirmed that MP4 files can be sent without any issues.
If you are still experiencing problems with sending MP4 files, please send a file to bandicam@bandicam.com.

Thats strange because in the settings for Viedeo , it does says it makes the file mp4 not avi . Under properties on my desktop it also says datatype : MP4-Video (.mp4)

I tested it with an Avii file ( changed the settings in bandicam), i could send it on the fb messenger , it shows like an document and if u click it u download it .
But MP4 . it tells the file format is invalid

Like i said , in the past it used to work but after some time this started happening .
