It could be an issue with the capture device driver. First, try completely uninstalling the current driver and then installing the latest version of the device driver.

Everything is fine with my drivers, everything is there in the OBS and the program for this video capture card and it works fine, it only doesn’t work in your program.

You select 1080 120 FPS on this screen and then 30 or 60 under the codec / recording settings.
