Can't recording (Failed to load DLL)

It's been so long I'm not using Bandicam because of not supported specs. But now, when I already install and try to record, it's not recording an the message says "Failed to load bdcap64.dll (193)". How I fix this?

Specs:

• Intel core I5 3470

• RAM 1x4 GB DDR3 1600 mHz

• AMD Radeon HD 5450 1 GB GDDR3

• Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Could you please completely uninstall the current version of Bandicam and then reinstall it? If you still encounter the same issue after reinstallation, please let us know the recording mode and your recording target.

Yes, it is. Even I reinstall it over and over (also restart my PC), there's no changes at all. I've tried switching recording mode and it doesn't work at all...
