Audio gets out of sync after some time of recording

Sun Dec 01, 2024 5:57 pm

It started just a month ago where my recordings were suddenly out of sync with the audio. Usually the recording starts well and after around the 20-30 minute mark, it gets out of sync. I don't know why this happened when before it was all working fine, and I haven't changed any settings.

Things I have tried without success:

- Changing Video Codec from H264 (CPU) to H264 (NVIDIA)
- Changing from VFR to CFR (Constant Frame Rate)
- Unchecking the "Use enhanced capture method 2 for windows 11"
- Checking and unchecking the "Skip recording while frame is not updated"
- Changed the Recording priority from High to Highest
- Doing a Reset of all settings
- All my drivers and updates are up to date

I have 4 screens and use the recording method "Around Mouse' - Full screen, this way I am able to record all 4 screens whenever my mouse is at a specific screen only. This is the only feature I need to use from Bandicam, and it has worked fine so far until just a month ago.

For sound recording, I have a microphone which I have selected on the recording settings as my primary microphone device. I don't record a secondary device.

How can I fix this issue? Thank you

Hello Luina,

Have you tried the latest version of Bandicam?
https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/

If you still have the problem with Bandicam 7.1.5 or Bandicam 8.0.0, could you please send the recorded file to bandicam@bandicam.com by uploading to Google Drive?

Thank you.
