Recording a Kinescope Protected Video

Hi there,
Could you please help me. I need to record a set of drm protected vids uploaded to a site via the Kinescope service. I bought this course but the time of access is running out. I managed to record the 1st vid via Bandicam but the second one turned out to be just a black rectangle. The settings were mainly the same but at first Bandicam worked perfectly fine and then failed for some reason.

If you have a black screen issue with a specific website/video, uncheck the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option in Edge/Chrome/Firefox, and try recording.


If the above solution doesn't work, the contents you are trying to record might be copyright-protected contents and it is impossible for you to record such contents with Bandicam.
It is possible for the first video in the series to be recorded, but not the second, due to copyright protection.
